Shillong: The staff of the Excise Department East Khasi have revealed the seizure of 171 Litres of illicitl liquor from Shillong and from the outskirts of the city.
The raids were conducted in restaurants/stalls during the month of April where 35 cases were detected of which 117.200 litres were illicitly distilled liquor and 54.55 litres of IMFL.
In this connection 30 people were arrested under the Excise Act.
