Two Metainventions share one scale from 0 to 1, so unlike values can be compared. The 0→1 Doctrine checks AI actions against approved limits before, during and after they run. Band-Based Archive Triage (BBAT), filed 23 September and 1 October 2026, sorts dormant archives by metadata, with named layers before and after each step. This text names those layers, aiming at superintelligence readiness.

IN SHORT: WHAT WAS FILED
Dormant archives hold dark data: stored data that nobody uses. BBAT sorts by its labels, without opening the content to decide. The Doctrine, filed earlier, checks an AI action against approved limits before it runs. Each has named layers, listed here by time. Names like BBAT, MICA, ACR and PRAT are short forms. Their full forms are in the demo and in the PCT filing documents.
WHY 0 AND 1
Here is how the scale works. A value from any field, such as a record’s age, a lab result or a network’s load, is turned into a position between 0 and 1. The Doctrine writes a need and an ability as ranges, not single points, because real values change. BBAT writes label values as bands on the same scale. A check then compares the range with the approved limit. In the Doctrine, only normalised or banded values leave the device. The raw value stays with its owner.
DARK DATA AND AGENTIC AI
The BBAT filing describes a data wall: high-quality public human data is running low. It describes model collapse: AI-made data lowers quality with each training generation. The best human data left sits in private holdings, and every existing route to it needs the records to leave the holder. Agentic AI is AI that acts on its own. The filing describes many autonomous software agents working together. Each can stay within its approved limit, yet together they can cause a result no single approval covered.
BEFORE: BBAT SORTS BY LABEL
BBAT reads labels such as age, category, consent, legal hold, jurisdiction and retention rule. Then it routes each record to keep, delete or use. A legal hold or low confidence goes to a person. Layers act before a record is used.
MICA checks that a record’s labels agree with each other and with what is known about it. If not, the record waits for an authorised person.
CLEAR asks for a missing detail a set number of times. If no one answers in time, a human reviewer takes the record.
VOID leaves out a record that cannot support the calculation, for that attempt only, and counts how many.
BATCH assesses many records together. Each keeps its own outcome and receipt.
PACE checks permission just before a step runs. If consent has changed, the step stops.
FRESH gives each outcome an expiry. After it expires, a new check runs.
BEFORE: THE DOCTRINE CHECKS A DECISION
PRAT and EMERGE give early warning. PRAT looks at trends and warning signs and sends risk advisories and suggested adjustments. EMERGE looks at combined, privacy-preserving signals and does not take part in the action. The gate compares the need with the allowed range, and legal and safety checks run. The result can be allow, conditional, redesign, reroute or halt.
DURING: WHILE AI ACTS
While a decision runs, the OCT token watches the task as it changes. It can pause, reroute, reassign or pass it to a person. BBAT’s layers act on records and receipts, before and after a step.
AFTER: THE DOCTRINE PROVES AND FIXES
Every result leaves a sealed receipt, called ACR, that shows if anyone changed it. PARR handles fixes after the action, such as rollback, reallocation or compensation, linked to the first receipt. RECAP turns receipts into system reports on risk patterns and fairness trends. FTWE runs across all steps. It measures wasted time, energy and carbon, and feeds the result into decisions.
AFTER AND ACROSS: BBAT
REROUTE handles an approved correction. It checks the old receipt is genuine, runs the checks again and seals a new receipt linked to the old one. The old one is never overwritten.
TRACE lets an authorised person ask what a past receipt recorded. It cannot bring back anything destroyed.
DIGEST turns many receipts into one summary. Each line traces back to its receipt, and no raw data shows.
SIGHT reads receipt history and an agent’s drift. At a set warning level it raises a warning or a hold for review.
SPAR looks across receipts for a pattern an authority asked to watch. If it finds one, it sends an advisory for review.
SCAN says whether a type of data is available across many vaults, without saying which vault holds it.

WHERE IT MAY HELP
These are possible uses, not promised results. Health: the Doctrine can compare a person’s own readings with safe ranges, for example biological age and not only calendar age. That may help people act earlier, and could support more healthy years. Natural disasters: PRAT and EMERGE may give earlier warning, which could mean more time to prepare. Critical research: PRAT may flag risks sooner, and FTWE measures rework and waste. Economy: RECAP reports risk and sustainability trends, which may help leaders see changes sooner.
WHO STAYS IN CHARGE
In BBAT, a Human Override Pathway lets a reviewer decide without seeing the content. In the Doctrine, a person stays in the loop for exceptions and escalations.
TOWARD SUPERINTELLIGENCE READINESS
Superintelligence does not exist today, and nothing here claims to solve it. Both patent titles carry AI and AGI. BBAT’s text says its governance applies to a proposed action whatever the AI’s capability, including AI approaching or exceeding human-level general capability. The layers aim to be ready if that power arrives.

CLOSING NOTE
Sort what is kept, check what is done. Tomorrow’s superintelligence will find its trust already written, long before its first step.
