Opposition Members of GHADC meets CM to resolve pending issues

Shillong : The Opposition Members of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) today met the Chief Minister Dr. Mukul Sangma in his office chamber to talk about the different issues effecting its functioning.

During the meeting, the MDCs submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister on issues concerning the GHADC, including the present crisis of outstanding salaries to be paid to the District Council employees which has been pending for the last nine months and the need to have a complete reconstruction of the office building of GHADC in Tura. (MIPR)
