Shillong : The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that an
unknown Male patient, Age- 35 years, C/o P.A.B., Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in Male Surgical
Ward-I, Bed No. 24 on 08th May, 2016 at 08:02 PM and expired on 24th June, 2016 at 05:45 PM.
All concerned relatives, etc., are requested to collect the dead body from the Shillong Civil Hospital Morgue within 3 days failing which the dead body will be send for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board. (MIPR)
